Visitation will be 10-12 on  Saturday,  May 17th at the  First Baptist Church of New Orleans , 5290 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA.

Mr. Patrick Kelly, an integral part of the Ben Franklin community for a number of years, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2008.  Mr. Kelly was well liked by both students and staff and will be terribly missed.  We would like to express our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Congratulations to 10th and 11th graders and the entire faculty!
 Once again Benjamin Franklin High School students have achieved a 100% passing rate on the GEE. Individual student results will be sent home with  students by Friday, May 9th.

WWII Quiz Bowl Final Competition Today

 

“The WWII Quiz Bowl Final Competition – will be broadcast LIVE TODAY, May 9th at 6:30 pm on Cox 10 in Greater New Orleans and on Cox 4 in Baton Rouge and Greater Louisiana-  representing Ben Franklin High School in the finals will be Charlie Borenstein, Jacques Collete- Doffney, and Captain Frank Xiong.”
