An International Festival
Saturday March 27, 2010 2 p.m. till 8 p.m.

Benjamin Franklin High School and the Deutsches Haus are sponsoring the third annual New Orleans Fruhlingsfeier and International Festival to celebrate the heritage of Louisiana's top rated high school. March 27, 2010 will be a day of live music and entertainment, delicious international cuisine, game booths, information, and fun, so please join our celebration! Proceeds support Benjamin Franklin's clubs and teams, the Band and Orchestra's annual trip to perform in Orlando, and the German Club's international exchange program. Online Flyer

Frühlingsfeier food & beverages include:

Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Currywurst, Bratkartoffeln, Strudel and more.
New Orleans red beans & rice (sausage & vegetarian)
Assorted Asian dishes
Over 20 German and local beers to choose from.

Frühlingsfeier entertainment includes:

Benjamin Franklin Orchestra
Lucyguru (Franklin student band)
Troy Adams (Franklin faculty member)
Wooden Wings (Franklin student band)
LaCoste (Franklin faculty members)
DJs, German polkas and, of course, the Chicken Dance!
Fashion show by Franklin students
