Annie Jefferson, who attends Franklin and NOCCA, took part in this year’s Paul Robeson Acting Competition which asked participants to create an original 5 minute monologue demonstrating the life of their favorite African-American. Students dressed the part and performed in front of a live audience at the New Orleans Public Library Main Branch. Annie took first place!
