A group of students from the Ben Franklin Chapter of Mu Alpha Theta (the "Math Club") competed in the Brother Martin tournament on Jan.14, 2012 and took 2nd place. Many individual awards were earned as well. Schools from all over the state were invited to attend this tournament.
