Sarah Devlin Wins Big at Louisiana Film Festival

During the fifth annual Louisiana Film Festival(Student Division) Sarah Devlin's film Writer's Block won:

• Best Animation/Experimental Louisiana Film Festival -Student Division 2009
• Charitable Film Network- Special Jury Prize
• Jefferson Hendricks Achievement in Film Award-Best of Festival 

. This was a co-presentation of the Robinson Film Center and Centenary College of Louisiana. More than 50 short films by students from 2nd grade through 12th grade were presented. Although most of the students are from Louisiana there were a few from out of state-from Florida, Washington State, California, Texas-even Ontario. The divisions were Animation/Experimental, Documentary, Elementary/Middle, and Drama/Narrative.
