Franklin Students Attend National Summit
Franklin Peer Assistance Team officers, Evan LaBranche and ShuChun Wang, were selected to be members of Allstate's Keep the Drive National Drive Crew. They were invited to Chicago in September to participate in the National Summit.

What's Keep the Drive?
Keep the Drive is a national teen-to-teen movement to take on the No. 1 killer of teens - car crashes - by encouraging smart driving to protect everything that's important to teens: their cars, friends, futures and freedom. Keep the Drive is led by teens across the country who want to make a difference in the lives of their friends and classmates. To find out more or to get involved, log on to Keep the Drive.
In conjunction with the Keep the Drive movement, Franklin's Peer Assistance Team wants to raise awareness and educate students about the benefits of acting responsibly during the Mardi Gras season. The #1 killer of teens is car crashes. In the U.S. 5000 teens die each year. That’s an average of 14 a day. With a series of planned activities, the Peer Assistance Team wants to "drive" home the message that teen car crash deaths are preventable. |
Don't let this happen to you!
