9 BFHS Swimmers Place at State Swim Meet
Congratulations to the Ben Franklin Swim Team for an outstanding season. Nine swimmers participated in the state swim meet at the end of November.
The results were:
- Girls 200 Medley Relay – Anna Rees, Emily Degan, Amelia Muhs, and Margaret Saux – 11th place
- Boys 200 Medley Relay – Austin McRae, Charles Borenstein, Richard Tang, and Dylan Beasley – 7th place
- Girls 200 Free – Anna Rees – 14th place
- Boys 200 Free – Charles Borenstein – 14th place, Austin McRae – 3rd place
- Boys 100 Fly – Austin McRae – 2nd place
- Boys 500 Free – Charles Borenstein – 5th place
- Boys 200 Free Relay – Austin McRae, Charles Borenstein, Richard Tang, and Dylan Beasley – 9th place
- Boys 100 Breast - Richard Tang – 13th place, Dylan Beasley – 8th place
