GAPP PROGRAM HUGE SUCCESS

German students

The GERMAN-AMERICAN PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (GAPP) is a partner program that enables students from Germany and America to participate in a high school exchange. Students live with host families, are immersed in daily life, observe high school classes, and experience each other’s cultures. The seventeen students and two teachers from Bremen have quickly become part of the Franklin family, participating in classes, giving presentations, and experiencing our unique culture. Franklin host students say that hosting is fun and they are looking forward to their visit to Bremen for three weeks this summer. The German students feel extremely welcomed and are enjoying the warm-hearted southern hospitality. It looks like Franklin and Kippenberg are a great match!
