Mr. Parauka’s Classes Participate in WW II Museum Celebration

Over fifty students from Mr. Parauka’s AP Human geography classes met at the World War II Museum on Saturday November 7th to view the exhibit Austria After World War II. Dr. Guenter Bischof, the Director of the Austrian Center at UNO and the creator of the exhibit, explained Austria’s role in post war Europe up to 1989 and the end of the Cold War. The students viewed other exhibits, participated in the Family Day activities and listened to the new USO entertainment now provided by the museum. It was a great learning experience for all those that participated.
