French Students Visit France

Over Thanksgiving Break, ten Franklin students and four adults travelled to France from November 19 to November 27, 2009. Led by Madame Alford for the fifteenth year in school history, Ben Franklin toured the historic country and visited famed sites like the Eiffel Tower, the Pont du Gard, the Louvre, etc. The itinerary included Paris, Tours, Lyon, Avignon, and Nice. Participants were sophomore Ian Hull, juniors Jasmine Chigbu, Edward Denegre, Peter Sather, Margaret Saux, Robert Silverstein, and Caroline Stallard, and seniors Siobhan Doremus, Celeste Knudsen, and Erin Macika. As in years past, the trip was a huge success and will be remembered fondly by everyone on the trip.
