College Night 2010College Night was held Monday, September 27, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. One hundred and ten college, university, and scholarship program representatives were on site to speak to over 500 Ben Franklin students and their parents. Prior to the event, the School Orchestra played for our guests while they dined on a delicious meal provided to us by the Parents' Association. Special thanks go out to Dr. Annette Figueroa for all of her help in organizing the dinner. Another thank you to Rouse's Grocery for donating beverages for the dinner. Our college and university representatives were quite impressed with the students they met and commented that the students were well-prepared to attend the program - they knew just what questions had to be asked and what information they needed to share with the reps. Thanks to all who attended and to all who volunteered to make the program a grand success.
