Key Club Participates in Light the NightMembers of Franklin’s Key Club joined thousands of other people from the New Orleans metro area at the Leukemia Society’s Walk-a-Thon which is called “Light the Night”. The event held this year at Lafreniere Park in Metairie is the main fundraiser for the Leukemia Society’s fight against blood diseases. The Key Club members helped to serve food to all the Walk-a-Thon participants throughout the night. The service was rewarding and lots of fun.
