National Honor Society
The purpose of this club is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of Ben Franklin High School. The criteria for nomination to the National Honor Society at Ben Franklin are scholarship, service, character, and leadership. NHS members must be 11th or 12th graders, maintain a 3.85 overall GPA or higher, and do 25 hours of volunteer service in the community each semester.
